ashley’s spinach and artichoke dip

okay, so i have no recollection of where i got this recipe.  i do have a friend Ashley, but i do not recall getting it from her at all.  oh well!  this spinach and artichoke dip (aka ‘spinart’) is another friend favorite that is also very easy.  i would recommend serving it with wheat thins or another thick, sturdy cracker.

ingredients

10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

10 ounces alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

4 ounces softened cream cheese

1 small clove garlic, diced

directions

mix all ingredients until well-blended.

transfer mixture to 8 x 8 baking dish that has been coated with non-stick spray.

sprinkle extra cheese on top.

cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
